该机是一款经济实用的粉末及小颗粒自动灌装机,能完成瓶子自动定位、充填及计量等工作,他由一个充填头、一台链板输送带及一个定位装置组成,采用伺服马达、PLC及触摸屏控制,操作简便、稳定性高。 可与理瓶机、旋盖机、贴标机等组成整套灌装流水线。适用于包装粉末及小颗粒物料,如粉剂、小颗粒剂药品,兽药、葡萄糖、调味品、固体饮料、碳粉、爽身粉、农药等。
整机外表除电机外其余均为不锈钢制成；组合式透明料箱,无需工具即可方便拆洗。
采用伺服电机驱动螺旋,具有不易磨损、定位准确、转速可设定、性能稳定等优点。
采用PLC控制,具有工作稳定、抗干扰、称量精度高等优点。
中英文触摸屏清楚显示各工作状态、操作指示、故障状态及生产统计等,操作简便直观。
各种产品调整参数配方可储存,备后使用,zui多储存10个配方。
更换螺旋附件,能够适应超细粉到小颗粒等多种物料。
对于流动好的物料出口加装离心装置保证精度,而对于多粉尘物料出口可安装吸尘装置,吸掉反喷粉尘。
