离心机是处理钻井液中超细有害固相的关键设备,可分离和回收粒度大于5μm的固相,迅速恢复钻井液的密度等,从而提高钻井速度,是打深井和水平井理想的钻井液净化设备。本机主要用于控制钻井液的密度、粘度,降低钻井液的固相含量,清除有害固相、回收重晶石,以及对旋流器底进行二次回收以保证钻井液的优良性能,提高钻井速度。

Centrifuge is the key equipment in treatment of harmful superfine solidoid in drilling liquid.It can separate and recycle the solidoid with the particle of bigger than 5μm and recover the density of drilling liquid so as to increase drilling speed.It is ideal drilling liquid purification equipment for drilling a deep well and a horizontal well.This equipment is mainly used to control density, viscosity of drilling liquid, minimize solidoid content in drilling liquid, clear away harmful solidoid and recover barite, and provide secondary recovery to swirler bottom in order to assure of excellent performance of drilling liquid and increase drilling speed.
