Teleopto无线光遗传学刺激器由耦合了高精度LED光源的无线光导纤维,远程控制器,接收器及相关配件组成。
高精度LED光源的光导纤维是高亮度的LED灯源和光导纤维耦合而成,实现输出功率达到mW级。应用这个技术可以获取高精度的LED光源。所需光源颜色不同,选择不同的光导纤维。
无线光遗传学刺激器突破了传统的有线刺激,解放了动物,使其不再受到连接线带来的束缚,动物可以自由活动,使其处于更自然的状态下,有利于实验获取精准的数据。
