空调过滤袋产品特性:
* 空调过滤袋滤材采用高性能的无纺布用热融工艺而成,避免旧式玻璃纤维材料所可能对人体造成的不适;
* 滤料内含静电纤维,对次微米（小于１μm）粉尘过滤效果特别好,具有高捕尘率、高透气性、高粉尘载量、高使用寿命;
* 各组袋均有定位风道,确保过滤效果;
* 每组过滤袋间以金属条固定,增加滤网强度,防止滤袋于高风速时因风力之摩擦而破裂,
* 滤袋均有六道内衬,防止滤袋随风压过度膨胀而降低有效过滤面积与效率；
* 滤袋采用热熔法缝合,具有良好的气密性及结合强度,不产生漏气和破裂;
* 耐湿度强,可达99%,常温80℃;
* 外框：铝框、镀锌框,可选择外框厚度：20mm、25mm
空调过滤袋用途:
空调通风系统预过滤；无尘室、洁净间之二级过滤、医院、药厂、电子厂、喷漆房较高洁净空气要求等级的过滤系统,一般的大楼空气过滤设备,高效过滤器前级过滤.

Specialty:
*processed by non-woven cloth with ultrasonic thermo-melt techniques which can avoid old type (fiberglass media) harmful to human.
* The fiber contains electrostatic which is beneficial to filter the small particles, high ventilation quantity and long working life.
* There is fixed airflow channel to assure the best filter effect.
* Each pocket is fixed by metal stick to increase the strength so that the pocket won't break.
* The relative humidity can reach to 99%, Temperature resistance: 80℃.
* Frame material: aluminum, galvanized frame, thickness: 20mm, 25mm
Application:
Non-woven cloth pocket filter is used for pre-filter or medium filter in air conditioning ventilation system and filtration system.
