1）采用可编程序控制器（PLC）、高速工控组态软件进行实时监控,剂量调节一键控制。
2）每个灌装头均与称重反馈系统结合,通过人机界面控制进行整机剂量调节与单头剂量控制。
3）整机按GMP要求设计制造,各管路、阀门采用快装方式连接,拆卸方便。
4）封盖部采用定位封盖方式,并在进桶方向设置光电传感器,做到无桶不供盖,并在封盖头部设备机械保护装置。

4.Capping part adopt location sealing, set the photoelectric sensor in the drum inlet direction, no drum no capping, and capping head has protector.
