本产品是近年来我公司应广大用户的需求,进行开发研制的新型轧盖机,该轧盖机可以轧多种瓶型：西林瓶 口服液瓶 输液瓶 小玻璃瓶 塑料瓶轧盖等均可采用此设备进行封口,小型多功能轧盖机具有体积小,重量轻,操作简易,携带方便等优点,选取国外的电器驱动元件,有过载保护装置,工作时安全可靠,能广泛用于制药、食品、研发,科学教育等领域。

小型多功能轧盖机操作方法：
1、把灌好物料并装上盖子的瓶子放到下托盘上,操纵者一手扶住瓶子,另一手将手柄往下拉紧,这时轧盖头向托盘压紧,直到瓶盖与轧盖头压紧。
2、当瓶盖与轧盖头压紧后,不停地旋转的轧盖刀头旋转数圈后,将瓶盖轧紧。
3、将手柄归位,轧盖头回归原位,使轧好盖的盖子跟着托盘回到原位,整个操纵过程完成,以后每轧一个瓶盖时重复以上的操纵即可。

1、在瓶子放在托盘准备轧盖时,手不要触摸轧刀片以免划伤
2、轧盖时防止用力过大,容易把盖子轧偏
3、轧盖机工作时请勿打开机身顶盖,以免触电
