S100-II servo controlled softgel machine was designed by Beijing Summit Pharmatech Co.,Ltd to meet the requirement for small and medium scale softgel manufacturing.It is also chosen by customers to do softgel production experiments. This model features semi-automatic die roll alignment, automatic injeciton timing, automatic fill weight dosing, automatic gelatin ribbon thickness adjustment.The S100-II servo softgel encapsulation machine is also optimized for both animal gelatin and non-animal plant based gels (animal-free gel) .

北京胜坤科技有限公司创始人为原航天15所民品总工程师,从事软胶囊设备相关工作28年,曾为国内软胶囊机标准的主要起草人。公司于2019年中开始与美国合作伙伴合作,面向美、欧需求市场推出系列产品和服务。在美国Ontario市合作设立了售后服务中心,目前已具备设备大修、设备与工艺培训、配件供应、模具维修等能力,中心拥有三坐标测量机、激光焊接机、磨床等设备,是美国目前唯二具备软胶囊模具大修能力的单位。公司现有研发设计人员5名,其中两位为国家认可的高级工程师,具备较强的研发设计能力。秉持重研发、重品质、轻资产的理念,公司目前已在细分领域做到了某国际主要市场,具备完备的软胶囊（含彩弹）生产线交付能力,具备交钥匙工程能力。基于与国际主要植物胶软胶囊代工厂家的合作,以及早前在植物胶软胶囊方面积累的基础,胜坤科技对于植物胶软胶囊的设备、工艺、原料有着深刻的理解,近几年一直是国际几家主要植物胶软胶囊代工商的首要设备、服务提供商。公司也在彩弹软胶囊领域持续进步,为美国的彩弹软胶囊生产商提供8条完整的生产线,其新建厂是按照胜坤科技提供的方案进行设计的。公司也在为国际上部分同行提供软胶囊机零件、组件以及配套设备,同时也为部分客户提供客制化的高标准零件设计、加工。公司特配有200KVA 变频变压电源,用以模拟世界各国的工业电压和频率,确保设备在客户处可靠稳定运行。公司研发设计部位于北京市亦庄经济开发区。工厂位于河北省廊坊市广阳开发区。
