用途介绍/Application:

本生产线由理瓶、机械泵灌装、机械手抓盖式旋盖等工位组成,能自动完成上瓶、灌旋、上喷头、旋盖等动作,主要用于喷雾瓶的灌装旋盖。

This production line is composed of bottle sorting, mechanical pump filling, manipulator capping, etc., which can complete the bottle feeding, filling, sprinkler heads feeding, capping automatically.It is mainly used for spray bottles filling and capping.

计量精确、防滴漏工艺、旋盖稳定、适合多种喷头；

喷头旋歪及未旋紧自动检测并剔除；

稳定性高、变频调速、自动显示计数功能；

整条线均按GMP要求设计。
